Supercoat Cement Polymer is a high-grade modified acrylic co-polymer liquid additive formulated specifically to cross-link with cement matrixes. It enhances adhesion, water impermeability, chemical resistance, and tensile flexural strength across titanium floor installations and masonry restorations.
Technical Instructions & Methods
Preparation and Mixing
Pour required quantity directly into mixing drum or pail before gradually introducing powdered cement or Super Coat base powder. Mix mechanically to eliminate lumps.
Application Method
Ideal as an admix for Titanium Super Coat floor toppings, slurries, bonding keys, and waterproof slurry coats.
Sanding and High-Gloss Polishing
Produces an elastic, dense substrate that takes high-speed diamond and wax polish exceptionally well without micro-pitting.
Recommended Areas
Floor screeds, titanium decorative floors, bathroom waterproofing, terrazzo bonding, and heavy traffic architectural coatings.
Yield & Coverage
Approximately 2 liters of polymer per 5kg powder system for standard consistency.
